Rush Delivery: $25.99
Rush delivery refers to orders that must be delivered within a specific two hour time frame during business hours. For example, 10am-Noon; Noon-2 pm; 2pm-4pm; 4pm-6pm.
***If you would like your flowers delivered before 11 am, the order must be placed the day beforehand.

Please note that our business hours may vary during the COVID-19 pandemic, as we prefer to keep our shop less staffed to prevent exposures to our staff and clients. COVID-19 Changes to Policies:
During the winter in the pandemic we are not accepting surprise deliveries to home addresses. As the temperatures go below freezing, it is not an option to leave flowers on doorsteps as the flowers will freeze and die. We also cannot leave the flowers with neighbours in order to reduce the risk of exposures to our delivery services and clientele. All home addresses will be contacted unless specifically required not to. If this is the case the sender assumes the risk of damage to flowers, multiple delivery charges, or of picking up the flowers themselves from our shop.
Attempting delivery to hospitals during the pandemic is complicated and the sender assumes the risk of flowers being lost. Some hospitals may not receive deliveries at all during this time, and policies change frequently. It is best to call the hospital directly prior to placing your order to see if the recipient can receive deliveries. Our delivery services can only deliver to the front of the hospital, at which point the hospital must deliver the flowers to the recipient as delivery services cannot enter further. Items may get lost or be held at desks.
